Msg To the People in my life

People come into your life for a Reason,a Season or a Lifetime. When you know which one it is, you will know what to do for that person. When someone is in your life for a REASON, it is usually to meet a need you have expressed. They have come to assist you through a difficulty, to provide you with guidance and support, to aid you physically, emotionally, or spiritually. They may seem like a godsend, and they are. They are there for the REASON you need them to be. Then, without any wrongdoing on your part, or at an inconvenient time, this person will say or do something to bring the relationship to an end. Sometimes they die. Sometimes they walk away. Sometimes they act up and force us to take a stand. What we must realize is that our need has been met, our desire fulfilled, their work is done. The prayer you sent up has been answered, and now it is time to move on. Some people come into your life for a SEASON, because your turn has come to share, grow, or learn. They bring you an expe

interview with Shannen

Hi guys heres the latest interview with our very own Ms. Shannen Doherty..taken from the new issue of Charmed Magazine!!! have fun!! Charmed Magazine: Are you still acting or are you moving away from that? Shannen: No। I am definitely not moving away from acting. I actually have an offer for a TV series right now that I am contemplating. I think I have discovered that working constantly isn't necessarily the right thing for me. And sometimes taking time off is. I have the most terrific family. Charmed: What have you learned about relationships over the years? Shannen: The same thing that you have learned। We have all learned the exact same things through relationships. My good friend David Gardner and I once made lists of what we want in a mate. And we now set standards for ourselves. The funny thing is that now the two of us are like, "How are we gonna find someone, because neither one of us leaves our houses?" So we are pretty sure that we have to conjure them and bring

Operate in Wisdom

Oh, the depth of the riches and wisdom and knowledge of God! How unfathomable (inscrutable, unsearchable) are His judgments (His decisions)! And how untraceable (mysterious, undiscoverable) are His ways (His methods, His paths)! —Romans 11:33 Without wisdom we can make poor decisions and later wonder why we didn’t pray first. It is wise to seek God early each day before we start making decisions in order to know ahead of time what we ought to do, and then to receive the grace to do it.Wisdom keeps us from a life of regret. Jesus operated in wisdom. When others went home to rest, Jesus went to the Mount of Olives to spend time with God. And early in the morning (at dawn), He came back into the temple and taught people (See John 7:53–8:2). Jesus always spent time with the Father before facing the crowds. If Jesus needed time with God, we need even more time with Him. Walk in wisdom today.

Consecrate Your Money

And God is able to make all grace (every favor and earthly blessing) come to you in abundance, so that you may always and under all circumstances and whatever the need be self-sufficient [possessing enough to require no aid or support and furnished in abundance for every good work and charitable donation]. —2 Corinthians 9:8 The apostle Paul said that the believers in Macodonia not only gave their money to God, but they also gave themselves to the Lord’s service (See 2 Corinthians 8:1–5). Paul too gave his life in service to God’s people. Many people want to receive all they can from God, but they are not willing to give all of themselves to Him. If you have never dedicated yourself to the Lord’s service, you are missing a great adventure. Dedicate this day to Him; He will lead you on a path to victory.

The Bible does not tell you TO MAKE the Word work. It tells you to let the Word work.

Moses told the people, Fear not; stand still (firm, confident, undismayed) and see the salvation of the Lord which He will work for you today. For the Egyptians you have seen today you shall never see again. The Lord will fight for you, and you shall hold your peace and remain at rest. —Exodus 14:13,14 THANK GOD FOR a leader like Moses. He saw the same impending crisis the people did and faced it with confidence in God's salvation. His courage rested upon his past experience of seeing God's deliverance based upon His word. This was a moment when faith alone would save them—all they had to do was stand still and let God do the fighting. Perhaps you feel like the Israelites felt—walled in by an overwhelming problem that is absolutely real and threatening to destroy your life. You try to pray but fear grips your heart. You find yourself utterly helpless. It is a dangerous moment when human nature wants to break faith and complain against the Lord and blame someone else for the si

The difference between discouragement and encouragement IS DETERMINED BY WHOM you depend on God or man.

There was a certain man there who had suffered with a deep-seated and lingering disorder for thirty-eight years. When Jesus noticed him lying there [helpless], knowing that he had already been a long time in that condition, He said to him, Do you want to become well? [Are you really in earnest about getting well?] —John 5:5,6 FOR THIRTY-EIGHT years this invalid had tried repeatedly to get into the healing waters, but with no one to help him it was hopeless. Of all those who had been healed at the pool not one remained to help him. Discouragement had taken over his life. His response to Jesus was not an immediate, "Yes, Lord," but a rambling of why he had not been healed. If your faith is in others, discouragement from their failures to love and care for you will be inevitable. If your faith is in Jesus Christ, healing and wholeness are in Him for you. Jesus is an inexhaustible fountain of healing for whatever you need. Others may have left you behind, but Jesus seeks you

Increase Your Days

March 9 Behold, the Lord’s eye is upon those who fear Him [who revere and worship Him with awe], who wait for Him and hope in His mercy and loving-kindness, to deliver them from death and keep them alive in famine. —Psalm 33:18-19 When I talk about seeking God early, many people think they will have to get up at three o’clock in the morning! I am not trying to tell you how to do it. I am not even suggesting that you pray for an hour. I am just saying that some way, somehow, if you want to start your whole day right, you must find time to seek God’s wisdom in the morning. Time with God adds years to your life! God is eager to give us insight and understanding. His Word says, “For by me [Wisdom from God] your days shall be multiplied, and the years of your life shall be increased” (Proverbs 9:11).

Don't be afraid of the darkness in the earth today. REMEMBER THIS: Light shines best in darkness.

Let your light so shine before men that they may see your moral excellence and your praiseworthy, noble, and good deeds and recognize and honor and praise and glorify your Father Who is in heaven. IT IS THE NATURE of light to shine, and the darker the night the brighter the light. There is darkness in the world, and moral darkness is the blackest of all. Perhaps where you live today has become a very dark place, a fearful place. Perhaps the light has been so obscured you are tempted to think there is no light at all, only darkness. The purpose of God is that you shine and illuminate the world in which you live. There is no light and no life but that of Jesus Christ ( John 1:4).What He is in Himself is what He gives to you. Never be content until your life is fully illumined by Christ. By the beauty of holiness reflected in your life the darkness will be driven back. If you live your Christianity, the light in your life will flood the darkness with the true glory of God.

Be Strong

The Lord is my Strength and my[impenetrable] Shield; my heart trusts in, relies on, and confidently leans on Him, and I am helped; therefore my heart greatly rejoices, and with my song will I praise Him. The Lord is their [unyielding] Strength, and He is the Stronghold of salvation to [me] His anointed. —Psalm 28:7-8 We can plan to be worn out before we ever feel tired. I used to expect to be totally wiped out physically and emotionally after my conferences. Then I prayed that as I poured energy and strength into obeying God, He would pour energy and strength back into me. The Bible says that giving is sowing a seed that will reap a harvest (Galatians 6:7–10). If we give our strength, we will reap God’s strength. We should expect a harvest of strength in our life, as we serve the Lord. He will anoint us with strength today, if we call on Him to do so.

Looking back...

I was just browsing on my yahoo mail account and thru the past emails i`ve received way back 2004 up to the present... As i was reading through, memories just kept on flashing back. Lots of things really has changed with the people close to me and even with myself. There were significant people that I have treasured and missed a lot up until now. I don`t know if she can read this blog but just wanna thank her from the bottom of my heart, for all the things she did for me way back then. She was like a sister to me, my bestfriend (esp. during eating moments..lol) , and my mentor as well. She thought me a lot and showed it thru her life..Ofcourse I love her dearly and she will always have a part in my life and although things had been a lot different than before, the moments we had together in the ministry and in school will always be cherished and I`m thankful for that! Well, there are so many people I have come across with in life. I know God gave them to me for a reason and God also ha

i hate it but learned to embrace it...CHANGE

ei...its been a while now...the past days were kinda tough for me and im sure it'll be much more challenging for the next days and months to come...too hard to explain and i think ive gotta keep it myself...whew... i wanna discuss a bit of sumthing hir... its about change...yeah i know everyone has something to say bwt dat word..as for me i hate that word sometimes...but the fact is that's the most constant thing on earth.. it has been always hard for me wen i encounter some changes in my life..lots of adjustments to make and new ways and even people to deal with.. sometimes i dont understand it at all or maybe i just dont want to understand it...people always say they will not change but unfortunately time comes they usually do and sometimes would leave u unattended...yeah...i duno y its like dat... it's kinda like a rocky road i should say but ive come to realized that sometimes change is good...focus on the good side of it and ull see wat it will do to u...yea

lesson learned

life is always a journey. sometimes you just don`t know what road to take and pass thru. hmmm... lots of people to encounter ... and as we go further we`ll learn that life is just The way it is BUT We can do SoMeTHING about it! we have our share of own experiences in what is so called "life"... mine was indeed an experience! i`ve learned a lot so far... i`ve realized that there are some things that God allows to happen FOR me to become More Strong... There are situations that I don`t wanna deal with b`coz u know it just hurts... it makes me cry... I wanna run and hide from it BUT i`ve reached the point wherein i have to face the truth! truth really hurts,,, yeah... But Thank Jesus for being there for me... without His strength I don`t know where to put myself... sigh... Jesus Cares everyone! He loves U n ME sooooo much more Than we could ever imagine... God`s love is beyond what our mind can understand! life is nothing without HIM! He is the ONE that we`ve been searching

Let God Strengthen You

My life dissolves and weeps itself away for heaviness; raise me up and strengthen me according to [the promises of ] Your word. Remove from me the way of falsehood and unfaithfulness [to You], and graciously impart Your law to me. —Psalm 119:28-29 We need to be strengthened and renewed on a daily basis. We need to be strengthened physically, mentally, and emotionally. We need to be strong so we do not fall apart every time we have to face some situation we had not planned on. Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever, and He expects us to develop stability in our lives. We can be strengthened and renewed by drawing strength from God, by exercising our faith, and by doing what He tells us to do.

Jesus will be Savior without your behavior. If you've allowed Him to be Savior, He'll change your behavior.

But constantly and earnestly I bore testimony both to Jews and Greeks, urging them to turn in repentance [that is due] to God and to have faith in our Lord Jesus Christ [that is due Him]. THIS TEACHING OF Paul never changes.Where is there a human heart that can honestly say it does not need to repent? Who can read the Word of God and not be made aware of his or her sins and failures? How can anyone stand when the Holy Spirit turns His light upon their soul and exposes the darkness? How foolish it is to try to silence one's conscience and convictions. How much better it is to confess your sin and put your faith in Jesus.Yet faith is the gift of God (Ephesians 2:8), not something you work up on your own. Faith is the opening of your spiritual eyes to see Him Who is invisible (Hebrews 11:27). Faith is the opening of your spiritual ears to hear the voice of God as He tells you of His grace. By faith refuse to live by your feelings but rather take hold of eternal truth and ma

Stayin` in touch

hi everyone ! there`s really no place like home. My hometown, Philippines can`t be compared to any other place in the world. The people and the comfy i have back home is always missed. Ive been here in my second hometown i supposed, for about 4 months now and it`s been all work and sleep and work and sleep... Is that what you call life??? hahaha yeah that`s my life here, well not just for me but most of the people here in Japan. It seems like there is no time for pleasure and other stuffs because you have to work a lot to survive and meet not just your needs but also the people that depends on you. As for me, I have to keep up with this thing for the greater good... Well, we all have to make sacrifices in life but we don`t have to do it all alone.. remember that He is always with you and me. Whatever the situation maybe and wherever on earth you`ll be, He is just a prayer away... Sometimes we are not aware of HIS presence but lets always keep in mind that we can`t do anything without H

Deception is a result of EXALTING YOUR OPINION above the Word of God

Then Peter took Him aside to speak to Him privately and began to reprove and charge Him sharply, saying, God forbid, Lord! This must never happen to You! But Jesus turned away from Peter and said to him, Get behind Me, Satan! UPON HEARING Jesus explain that He must go to Jerusalem to suffer and die and be raised on the third day, Peter immediately rose up to take Jesus aside to demand that these events must not happen. Peter obviously believed he knew better than the Word of God what should happen. In that moment he crossed over into a dangerous deception that Jesus moved quickly to quench. In a remarkable motion Jesus turned away from Peter and declared that the voice that had just spoken was the voice of Satan. Using almost the same words He used with the devil in the wilderness temptation (Matthew 4:10), Jesus revealed that the temptation to avoid the cross was all too real and that hearing such things from Peter's loving, though misguided lips made it even more difficul

just a thought...

The worst thing you can try to do is cling to something that is gone, or to recreate it. Johnette Napolitano I was just browsing through the web with some nice quotes that i can write something about and this one just rang a bell in mind. I mean how worst can it get when we try to hold on to something which is no longer there??? Well..it is something worst that we cant imagine... a torture in the mind that will slowly suck the life and the joy out of you.. I`ve been there and done that.. I mean yeah it`s hard if you`ll continue to push your way in to NOTHING... We can always try to explore something new instead of trying to bring back things which was already lost... It`s hard to fight our emotions and our thoughts Of `wanting to bring back the past` but we always have a CHOICE whether to continue to dwell on those stuffs or move on and look forward for new people and experiences... Are you clinging on to something that is no long

PBA wants improved TV coverage

Ricky Vargas, Talk N Text governor and former PBA chairman, said the recent board meeting touched on the TV coverage, which has been under ABC-5 the last three years. When the season ends by June, the bidding begins. Vargas said whoever wins, whether it’s ABC-5 or old bidders NBN-4, Jemah Television and Solar Sports or a new one, the coveror should do it the way it’s being done in the UAAP. Word is out that ABC-5, always looking for ways to improve the coverage, will pursue a contract extension. “The question I asked (the board) is why the UAAP coverage and their graphics are so much better than the PBA. Why?” said Vargas, referring to the country’s premier collegiate league. The UAAP is being aired over Studio 23, the sports channel of giant network ABS-CBN. please visit www.philstar.com for full article thanks

CONVICTION IS MEANT to convince you—not condemn you.

And when He comes, He will convict and convince the world and bring demonstration to it about sin and about righteousness (uprightness of heart and right standing with God) and about judgment. THE HOLY SPIRIT convicts you of guilt by bringing the Law of God to bear on the sin in your heart. He turns His light on your soul and exposes the impurity within. His way is to convince you that what you have done or are doing is wrong, despite your repeated attempts to cover it over as though it is all right or not very wrong. If you are honest with yourself, you realize you try to justify your sins more than you care to admit. Because He loves you, the Holy Spirit strives with you and thunders in your conscience,"Guilty! Guilty!"Anytime God convicts you His grace is available to restore you. If you yield to these strivings and confess your past sins He will pour in His grace of forgiveness and cleansing. He is continually working if you allow Him. Never quench the conviction of
